I do not understand the additional charge that I received after I turned in my rental car in. I filled the car with gas and was with in the time allowed.

Then 10 days later I get an additional charge on my credit card. I have also tried to call the 1 800 777 5500 number listed on the original receipt and that number goes to some vacation give away and wasted more of my time. I just need an invoice and reason for the charge and seems almost impossible to retrieve. Also tried the Advantage receipt generator.

All the did was time out, no matter what information I put in the inquirer. It seems as if Advantage can do as they feel when given the authority to charge for rental cars.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
