My husband rented a car in Inglewood, Ca for work. It got stolen at the hotel they were staying at. The police did find it 2 weeks later. Advantage charged my husbands personal debit card over 3000 dollars. He has been hung up on, he barely can understand them and they keep telling him to contact other departments.
