Advantage Rent A Car - Horrible! What a scam

I have been trying to contact a customer service rep for over 2 months! No one has called me back or reached out to me after several messages! I was wrongfully charged and need to speak with a manager ASAP. I finally got through after waiting for 20 min only to be hung up on. What kind of scam is this!?

Advantage Rent A Car - Terrible line to wait at counter

It is incredible that only 2 customer service at the counter for over 20 peaople waiting...it took me over an hour to get the car. I come to work to Atlanta regurlaly. Never had used Advantage before, and for now on never again. Where is the manager????
