I rented a car from the Atlanta Airport location.Nice people but a suspect company and a really bad car.

They demanded to scan my drivers license, demanded a copy of my insurance card WITH all policy numbers (my valid insurance card on my phone had XXXX and last 4 digits). They wanted me to call my insurance company to fax a copy of my policy to them. They demanded a $350 hold back on my Amex on a $150 rental fee. They instituted a "new policy" for local drivers limiting daily miles after which each mile will be a ton of money.

The car was old, beat up, bald tires, broken lights, scraped paint and filthy inside and out. Upholstery is horrid. Paint is loaded with tree sap and scraped areas. I haven't tested tire pressure to see if they are ready to explode, per previous posters.

They are bald in front. The rental time was an hour.

Horrible.Never again.
