I arrived at Cancun airport and they simply mentioned that they had no more cars and my reservation could not be fulffilled. even though I had made the reservation 6 months ahead of time.

I asked why and they mentioned that they had no more cars, they were oversold and there was nothing they could do for me.

At the end of the day I had to go and find a company which had far higher prices for last minute rentals.

The attendant was very rude and was in no way helpful.

I can't believe a company like that is making money at least I will never rent with them again!!!
