Was lied that the insurance is mandatory. Called customer service the same day and she said the operation manager will call me back - no call from the manager.
Talked to the manager when returning the car and she said I need to talk to the customer service number and discuss about the refund. Called the number, the guy said the location manager will call me back - no call from the manager. Call again the next day, the customer service said she will discuss with her supervisor and call me back - never heard again from her. Called again the next day, no resolution and the lady hung up.
Call once again, the guy said nothing can be done and he hung up.
Call once again, the guy said a senior customer service will call me back - no call until now. I'm disputing because the guy said the insurance is mandatory while it is not - it's unethical and dishonest, and the customer service nor manager is trying to resolve this issue
