It took me no less than TWO HOURS from exiting Kahului Airport terminal to waiting for what seemed like forever for the Advantage Rent A Car shuttle to arrive at the terminal for the shuttle ride to Advantage's off-site location, waiting almost forever in the very old and filthy rental center for a service representative to process the rental applications, was deliberately lied too by no less than two service representatives at two different times as to why our full-size sedan was not ready for us, and then waited almost forever for the rental car to be brought to us in the front of the rental center from the servicing area in the rear of the rental center. Adding insult to injury, the gas tank was less than half a tank full.

Have germane pictures worth a thousand words. Worst rental in over 45 years of using rental cars.

This description of my Advantage Rent A Car experience was difficult to write without using every curse word known to mankind. Do not rent from this POS company in Maui, there's something wrong with this entire operation!
