Advantage Rent A Car - Poor customer service
We flew into Denver and had reserved a car from Advantage. The shuttle that runs between the terminal pick up point and the Advantage car pick up point did not come for almost 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, the shuttles for AVIS, Budget, Dollar and others streamed by us multiple times while we waited. Then, when we finally arrived at the Advantage car pick up spot there must have been about 80-100 people already ahead of me in line. It took about an hour to get my car.
The service was terrible and delayed my arrival at my destination. I will not rent from Advantage again and I cannot recommend Advantage to anyone who needs a rental car.
