Advantage Rent A Car - Worst experience ever

I reserved a car. Not only did I have to wait an hour in line but another 45 for the car I reserved to be available. No free upgrade no help what do ever. It’s horrible I don’t care how cheap they are I will never use them again.

Advantage Rent A Car - Charges after car returned

I rented a car from Advantage Rental Car at the El Paso Airport and when i returned the car i was infirmed I damaged the windshield. I showed the GM puctures of the damage I took when I picked up the car and he said I would not be charged. Two months later I receive a letter saying I owe them for damages. This company is a fraud and they lie. Never rent from them.
