HORRIBLE Customer Service CENTER CALL in Foreign Nation
It is very important for companies to meet and address the needs of their customers. With this being said, I called the 180******** number and was sent to a call center in a another country with a person with a very thick dialect I could barely understand.
Why is Advantage Car Rental with their corporate headquarters in Florida having a call center in a foreign country? I feel betrayed by an "American based" company allowing non-AMERICAN people to run a call center just so you can save money and not hire or give jobs to AMERICANS within your State that has a high unemployment rates. The employee #640713 (according to the rep) refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor and said he could answer all my concerns. When is it that a customer is denied to speak with a customer service manager/supervisor?
I asked him over 7 times and was still refused and then hung up on within that 14 min call where I never spoke to a supervisor or manager. Are these call centers/workers given perks/bonuses when supervisors are not called to solve problems or are managers not available? Unfortunately, I could not record this phone call, but I'm sure your phone records could be found if Advantage records customer service calls! As one of the top 5 largest rental car companies in the U.S.
owned by The Catalyst Capital Group Inc., is this the "NEW NORMAL" for corporations to outsource jobs outside if the USA, but makes over $5 Billion in assets/profits and owns E-Z Rent-A-Car Group Holding, LLC?
What type of customer service standards does Advantage live up too? I'm going to need answers to these concerns.
I will also be posting this review on my social Media to share with the public and warning people to not rent from Advantage.
