Customer service Is no help .They over charge you for everything after the fact on your credit card with no receipt and reason until you reach out to unhelpful customer service agent.
Tolls , returning 5 minutes after time on contract . We returned vehicle 5 min late they charged us 95 dollars for this for a car that was $24 a day. Then offered a coupon they would not even allow us to use on the next rental for some weird reasons . And customer service and management are rude and unhelpful.
Another instance We had our ez pass up entire trip and a whole ez pass bill to show For rental contract . Some how a month later they charged us again for same tolls , and then 75 dollar admin fee that they won’t remove or attempt to dispute at all for what seems to Be computer errors. Don’t go there ! They lure you in with typically lower rates but they will get you on the tail end some how!!!
The staff at the Jfk location very rude and unhelpful , the customer service (800 number) maybe in another country outside America unhelpful and many language barriers , ( I know they are in other places outside America) . Go somewhere else !!
These was just two instances!So now we are finished doing business here and would like to share 2 of our many negative experiences !!
