Customer service Is no help . They over charge you for everything after the fact on your credit card with no receipt and reason until you reach out to unhelpful customer service agent.

Tolls , returning 5 minutes after time on contract . We returned vehicle 5 min late they charged us 95 dollars for this for a car that was $24 a day. Then offered a coupon they would not even allow us to use on the next rental for some weird reasons . And customer service and management are rude and unhelpful.

Another instance We had our ez pass up entire trip and a whole ez pass bill to show For rental contract . Some how a month later they charged us again for same tolls , and then 75 dollar admin fee that they won’t remove or attempt to dispute at all for what seems to Be computer errors. Don’t go there ! They lure you in with typically lower rates but they will get you on the tail end some how!!!

The staff at the Jfk location very rude and unhelpful , the customer service (800 number) maybe in another country outside America unhelpful and many language barriers , ( I know they are in other places outside America) . Go somewhere else !!

These was just two instances! So now we are finished doing business here and would like to share 2 of our many negative experiences !!
