The worst rental car company in the world 3 people in line it took an hour then the agent followed the customers to their car without notification to the people in line. Then to top it off you must have the declaration of insurance if you live within 65 miles from this rental company, what a JOKE?

Who brings the Declaration to show proof? And they dont accept your insurance card as proof.Advantage didn't have a fax machine and doesn't use email so the customer can show proof of insurance I had to cancel my plans that was reerved from Hotwire to travel with a rental I had to use my car

Preferred solution: The declaration of insurance isnt carried by most car drivesrs and I was stuck at the airpost for 3 hours.
