This waa our first and last time using Advantage. After 16 hours of travel, we expected our car (fully paid for) to be ready by our designated 3p pick up time give or take a few minutes because we are normally pretty patient.

When we arrived in honolulu there were 27 people in line (no joke) and two people on registers while the other car rental companies had effective flow in their lines and impeccable customer service. Ours was not that 100%.

To make matters worse, when they finally acknowledged they were flooded, they proceed to tell us they do not have any sedans at this time as "people are returning them late" so instead of offering us a different car, we were told to wait by a young angry representative.

When you try to call the location, they do not answer. We are still in line and it has been over an hour.

Why did you select them ? Have you had problems with other agencies ? I hope it is not because you got some "price deal" on a 3rd party website.

We heard good things from a friend actually, but it was at another location. After reading the reviews now though, perhaps we should have looked inti it further beforehand.
